Fire cupping is a favorite! We’ve seen cupping marks pop up over the years on some of the worlds greatest athletes from the Olympics to just about every professional sports league in the world.
It is an ancient technique based on a negative pressure suction system in order to loosen muscles, increase blow flow, and sedate the nervous system. Cupping is used to relieve pain, stiff muscles, anxiety, fatigue, migraines and rheumatism.
